The Behavioral Safety Now Conference was the premier venue for collecting cutting-edge ideas and strategies for using behavioral technology to achieve safety goals. The Behavioral Safety Now Conference included an educational program for all levels of management, safety professionals and employee teams who were interested in learning about the behavioral safety approach.
The BSN website was updated and redesigned every year to correspond to the annual conference. We were hired to create a responsive website where potential attendees could explore each speaking engagement, register for the conference, submit a proposal, apply to be an exhibitor and/or sponsor at the conference. A private login page was added for attendees to access and download recordings of the conference speeches.
In 2020, the BSN Conference merged with the Safety In Action Conference, an international safety conference hosted by DEKRA. We were then hired to revitalize the conference website using Cvent.
Print & Digital Design
We were tasked with creating a new identity for each annual conference which included an updated logo and website, a new program booklet design, signage for the conference, email marketing and other collateral material. In addition to design work, we also maintained the email database.
Since each conference was held in a different location, we researched and hired local printers to provide the signage and conference materials. This saved money on shipping and helped with meeting tight deadlines since often there were last minute changes to the schedule. We can proudly say we didn't miss a deadline and the printers always delivered on time and exceeded our expectations.
We have had an insane few weeks getting ready for a conference in Houston which I coordinate. Despite getting side-lined by two hurricanes, Kim was right there with me ensuring everything got done on time and to the high quality which I can always expect. Days, nights, weekends – for almost two months, it has been absolutely nuts, but Kim was right there with me doing her usual fabulous work and helping keep me sane.
